Job Description: Telesales Executive/ Admission Counsellor


Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.


Salary: 14k - 17k (+Incentives)


Job Responsibilities;

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents.
  • Experience in selling services or Course like SEO, SMO, ADS (Digital Marketing) is plus.
  • Counsel students regarding course, admissions, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective students.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Convert prospective enquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
  • Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in education counselling, tele-calling, sales, or admissions.
