Job Description

  1. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
  2. Record and update all customer complaints, service requests, and relevant details.
  3. Coordinate and align technicians for timely service visits based on customer requirements and location.
  4. Monitor each service request from complaint registration to final resolution.
  5. Follow up with technicians regarding visit schedules, technical updates, spare parts, and pending issues.
  6. Communicate with customers regarding service status, technician visits, and expected resolution timelines.
  7. Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth query resolution.
  8. Escalate critical, delayed, or recurring complaints to the concerned senior or service manager.
  9. Conduct follow-ups after service completion to confirm customer satisfaction and ensure complete issue resolution.
  10. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports on open, pending, and resolved service requests.
