Job Description

*Job Summary*


We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect to develop architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and project plans while coordinating with engineering and project execution teams.


*Roles & Responsibilities*


Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.


Develop concept designs according to project requirements.


Prepare working drawings and detailed plans.


Coordinate with Site Engineers, consultants, and project teams.


Conduct site visits and assess site conditions when required.


Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.


Modify drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.


Coordinate with external consultants and vendors.


Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.


Support planning and execution of residential and commercial projects.



Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).


1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural design.


Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.


Good knowledge of architectural drawings and construction processes.


Strong creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.


Good communication and coordination skills.


Portfolio of previous architectural work preferred.
