Role Purpose

Responsible for supervising daily site activity — including labor and vendor coordination, drawing execution, material tracking, quality checks, safety discipline, and daily progress reporting — and escalating site issues promptly to ensure smooth on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

●      Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per plan.

●      Coordinate labor and vendor teams for efficient site execution.

●      Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.

●      Track material consumption, wastage, and stock at site.

●      Conduct quality checks at each stage of construction.

●      Enforce safety discipline and ensure use of PPE on site.

●      Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.

●      Escalate site issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.

●      Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors on daily work allocation.

●      Ensure housekeeping and site cleanliness standards are maintained.

●      Support inspection and audit activities as required
