Hiring: Senior Civil Project Manager (Government Projects) – Jaipur (Full-Time)

We are hiring an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager based in Jaipur with 8–9+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in Civil Engineering projects. This role is strictly for professionals who have worked in the civil construction industry. Candidates from any other industry will not be considered, and applications that do not meet the required experience criteria will be automatically rejected.

Mandatory ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have proven experience in the execution and management of Government Civil Engineering Projects, including:

• Indian Railways projects (preferred)
• CPWD Projects
• PWD Projects
• Other Government Infrastructure/Civil Construction Projects

The candidate should have independently managed projects from planning through execution to final handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with contract requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionEnd-to-end management of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare project execution plans and monitor progress against timelines.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal teams.
• Project Monitoring & ReportingPrepare and maintain:
• 
  
• Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Weekly Progress Reports (WPR)
• Monthly Progress Reports
• Site Management Reports
• Project Status Reports
• Develop and regularly update:
• 
  
• Bar Charts
• Gantt Charts
• Project Schedules
• Work Progress Trackers
• Identify project delays and implement corrective actions.
• Billing & DocumentationPrepare and verify running bills and final bills.
• Maintain measurement books and project documentation.
• Ensure timely client billing and payment follow-ups.
• Track project costs and maintain billing records accurately.
• Site ManagementSupervise day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety practices.
• Monitor material planning and site resource utilization.
• Labour ManagementArrange labour as per project requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize labour rates.
• Coordinate labour deployment and productivity.
• Verify labour bills and ensure timely payments.
• CoordinationLiaise with government departments, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Attend project review meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Required SkillsMinimum 8–9 years of relevant experience exclusively in Civil Engineering Project Management.
• Extensive experience handling Government projects, especially Railways (preferred), CPWD, and PWD projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and execution.
• Experience preparing Daily/Weekly Progress Reports and Management Reports.
• Proficiency in preparing Bar Charts and Gantt Charts.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
• Important Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 8–9 years of relevant Civil Engineering Project Management experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have worked only in Civil Construction.
• Experience in any other industry will not be considered.
