Project Engineer

Ensure that all site-related documentation is maintained accurately and

updated regularly in accordance with company standards.

2. Oversee and track the execution of tasks at project sites on a daily

basis to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

3. Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to site supervisors based on

project priorities and timelines.

4. Coordinate and align contractors for various client sites as per project

requirements and execution timelines.

5. Maintain regular communication with site-specific officers and DISCOM

(Distribution Company) officials to facilitate smooth project

execution.

6. Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of net metering systems and

regulatory compliance.                                                                      

7. Draft and send official emails to relevant officers and stakeholders

concerning site updates, issues, and coordination.

8. Monitor and follow up on payment credits and debits in coordination with

site supervisors and client officers.

9. Prepare and manage execution plans to ensure timely and efficient

completion of project deliverables.                                               

10. Process contractor payments in alignment with approved invoices and

work completion reports.

11. Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) operations including complaint

logging, documentation, and resolution follow-up.                       

12. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality,

progress, and compliance with standards.

13. Address client complaints related to AMC services, including on-site

visits and necessary travel for issue resolution.

14. Lead and supervise a team of site engineers and supervisors, ensuring

effective performance and team coordination.

Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical)+ Electrical License (Mandatory)
