Site Engineer PEB

Role Summary

Execute PEB erection works at site by supervising manpower, erection sequence, quality, safety, alignment, material usage and client/site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise PEB erection work as per approved drawings and method statements.

• Manage erection team, labour, contractors, cranes/hydra and site equipment.

• Check alignment, bolt tightening, member placement, sheeting and finishing quality.

• Coordinate with planning, dispatch and store for material availability.

• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports and pending material lists.

• Ensure safety compliance during lifting, working at height and erection activities.

• Handle client/site coordination and resolve routine execution issues.

• Identify drawing/site mismatches and escalate for technical clarification.

• Monitor productivity and ensure activity completion as per schedule.

• Support handover and punch-list closure.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/B.Tech Civil or Mechanical preferred.

Required Experience

3-5+ years in PEB erection, steel structures or industrial shed execution.
