JOB DESCRIPTION – ARCHITECT

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect to join a reputed real estate group in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, knowledge of construction drawings, and the ability to coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

Prepare and review architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, local authority norms, and development guidelines.

Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project management teams.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.

Review design specifications, materials, finishes, and construction details.

Incorporate client requirements and project specifications into architectural designs.

Identify design discrepancies and coordinate necessary revisions.

Maintain proper documentation of drawings, design changes, and project approvals.

Support project teams in resolving architectural and technical issues during execution.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or other 3D visualization tools.

Strong understanding of architectural planning, building materials, and construction techniques.

Knowledge of building codes, bylaws, and approval processes.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: B.Arch is mandatory.

Experience: Relevant experience in architectural design and real estate projects preferred.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
