Job Description

Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update customer/company records in spreadsheets (MS Excel) and internal databases accurately.

Documentation & Filing: Manage physical and digital documents, reports, and bills properly.

Customer Support Coordination: Handle routine phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp queries from clients and coordinate with the field team.

Billing & Invoicing: Assist in generating basic invoices, receipts, and maintaining daily accounts/records.

General Administration: Support the management with day-to-day office tasks and coordination.
