Back Office cum Dispatch ExecutiveOpenings: 1

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur — work from office

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working days: Monday to Saturday; Sunday off

We are looking for a dedicated and organized person to handle everyday back-office work, dispatch coordination, paperwork, and recordkeeping. This role will help keep our office operations systematic and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, courier details, and shipment records.
• Coordinate daily dispatches with the internal team and courier partners.
• Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Organize files, invoices, forms, and other office documents.
• Enter and update information in Excel, spreadsheets, and office records.
• Assist with routine administrative work and follow up on pending tasks.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge, including email, MS Word, and Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle paperwork carefully.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A responsible, punctual, and dedicated approach to work.
• Previous experience in back-office, dispatch, or administration work is preferred.
