Backend & Computer Operations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a fresher who is comfortable working on a computer and wants to learn how day-to-day backend operations are handled in a growing EdTech company.
You do not need prior experience. We will train the right candidate on our software, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day computer and backend work
- Update and maintain student and lead records
- Enter, organize, and verify data accurately
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets and company software
- Manage basic website and dashboard updates
- Upload and organize documents, PDFs, videos, and other digital content
- Maintain backend records and keep information up to date
- Coordinate with the telecalling and academic teams for required information
- Perform basic online research and data collection when required
- Follow established processes and checklists
- Identify errors or missing information and report them
- Learn and use new software/tools as required
What We Are Looking For
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using a computer for several hours
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good typing and data-entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new software and systems
- Responsible and consistent with assigned work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
Training Provided
You don't need to know everything from day one.
We will provide training on:
- Our internal software and systems
- Backend processes
- Data management
- Excel/Google Sheets
- Website/content management
- Company workflows and tools
