About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, hard-working, and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will manage day-to-day office administrative operations, handle direct customer communications, generate sales quotes and invoices, and coordinate order dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Quotations & Data Entry: Prepare accurate price quotations and manage operational data using MS Excel.
- Invoicing: Generate sales invoices in Tally (training will be provided if familiar with Excel).
- Dispatch & Logistics (Optional): Coordinate product shipments and dispatch schedules with transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Office Coordination: Maintain organized records and support general office workflow.
