Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential jewellery businesses, generating leads, understanding their business requirements, and presenting our jewellery management software as a suitable technology solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with jewellery retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and other potential clients.
• Conduct calls, meetings, and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant software features and benefits.
• Manage the complete sales process .
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the product/support team to address customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery business owners and decision-makers.
• Stay updated on jewellery industry requirements and market trends.
• Experience in selling software or technology solutions will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred Candidate who have experience dealing with jewellery retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, or other jewellery businesses will be preferred.
• Candidates with prior SaaS/software sales experience are highly encouraged to apply.
