Job Summary

ARL Finance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business, develop client relationships and grow the company's loan portfolio.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and converting loan leads across multiple financial products and maintaining strong relationships with customers, builders, property owners, professionals, DSA/DS partners, CAs, brokers and other referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through direct sales, references, market visits and networking.

Source and handle leads for all types of loan products.

Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.

Generate business from builders, property dealers, CAs, DSA/DS partners, companies and individuals.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth processing of cases.

Collect required documents and ensure proper submission of loan files.

Follow up regularly with customers and financial institutions.

Achieve monthly business, login and disbursement targets.

Develop new market areas and continuously expand the customer/partner network.

Maintain proper records of leads, cases, follow-ups and business generated.

Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationships.

Other secured and unsecured loan products

Preferred Candidate Profile

1–5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan, Finance, DSA or Financial Services Sales preferred.

Candidates with experience in Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan or Builder Finance will be preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of the local market and customer acquisition.

Ability to generate business independently.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good knowledge of basic loan documentation and banking processes.
