Job Summary

A Chat & Calling Executive needs to handle customer communication through both voice calls and chat. The role will primarily involve outbound/inbound calling (80%) along with chat support (30%).

The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Calling – 70%

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Explain products/services, offers and processes clearly.
• Follow up with customers through calls.
• Maintain proper call records and customer details.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads and pending cases.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.

Chat Support – 20%

• Respond to customer queries through chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information.
• Handle multiple chats professionally when required.
• Maintain proper chat etiquette and response quality.
• Convert/qualify leads received through chat, wherever applicable.
• Maintain records of important customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

6 months – 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, salesor chat process preferred.

Good Hindi communication skills.

Basic to good English communication skills.

Good typing and chat-handling ability.

Comfortable with computer systems and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.

Good listening, convincing and problem-solving skills.

Target-oriented and disciplined.

Comfortable working in a blended voice + chat process.

• Daily/Monthly calling volume.
• Connected calls and follow-up performance.
• Lead conversion, wherever applicable.
• Customer handling and call quality.
