Job Description
**HIRING – TEAM LEADER (LOAN RECOVERY)**
**Position:** Team Leader – Loan Recovery
**Location:** Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
**Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
**Experience:** Loan Recovery / Collection Calling & Team Handling experience preferred
**DRA Certificate – Compulsory**
**DRA Full Form:** Debt Recovery Agent
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Loan Recovery / Collection team ko manage aur guide karna.
- Team members ko daily calling aur recovery targets assign karna.
- Overdue loans ki recovery ke liye team ke performance ko monitor karna.
- Daily recovery report aur team performance track karna.
- Customers ke pending payments ke follow-up ko ensure karna.
- Team members ko recovery process aur customer handling mein support karna.
- Daily targets achieve karne ke liye team ko motivate karna.
- Management ko regular performance updates/report submit karna.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Loan Recovery / Collection ka prior experience hona chahiye.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- **DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate compulsory hai.**
- Good communication and leadership skills required.
- Hindi communication achhi honi chahiye.
- Target-oriented aur professional approach honi chahiye.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
**Incentive:**
₹5,000 ka assigned target achieve karne par **additional incentive applicable** hoga.
