Job Description
Position: Computer Operator / Website Management Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Gender: Female
- Job Responsibilities:Main responsibility will be managing and monitoring the company's wedding website and related software
- Regularly monitor the website to ensure everything is working properly
- Monitor incoming and outgoing orders and update their status
- Manage and maintain product details, pricing, images and other website content
- Keep track of website orders, customer details and order-related information
- Manage the company's wedding card website and other business-related software
- Handle data entry and maintain digital records
- Manage WhatsApp and email communication related to orders and website work
- Work on MS Word & Excel for maintaining records and reports
- Identify and report any website/order-related issues
- Handle basic online tasks and day-to-day office coordination
- Ensure that website-related information and records are kept accurate and up to date
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good computer knowledge
- Comfortable with MS Word & Excel
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of website management and online order handling
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Should be comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn and work with the company's website and software
Note: The primary focus of this role will be website management, order monitoring and maintaining the company's online systems.
