Job Description

A Crm is responsible for managing customer interactions follow ups complaints and customer area

Customer calls, queries & follow-ups

Maintain customer data in CRM software

Handle complaints and resolve issues

Track leads and convert them into customers

Coordinate with Sales, Operations & Support teams

Update customer records and communication history

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Follow up with existing customers for repeat business

Monitor customer satisfaction

Maintain proper documentation
