Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into scheduled site visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers from provided leads and explain available properties/projects.
• Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type and timeline.
• Follow up with existing and interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular communication with potential buyers until the next stage of the sales process.
• Schedule and confirm property/site visits with interested customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled site visits and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses and site visits in CRM/lead management systems.
• Reconnect with old and inactive leads to generate new opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling, follow-up and site-visit targets.
• Provide timely feedback on lead quality and customer requirements to the sales team.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, customer support or a similar role.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Good Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and CRM systems.
• Candidates who have experience in real estate lead calling/site-visit conversion will be preferred.
