Job Description
Generate and convert franchise business leads through calls, references, digital platforms and networking.
Identify potential franchise partners and explain the franchise business model.
Handle the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with prospective franchise partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding and franchise setup.
Maintain proper follow-up and update franchise sales reports regularly.
Research new markets and identify potential locations for expansion.
