Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging the existing customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
• Prepare and present sales reports and attend regular sales review meetings.
• Visit customers for sales discussions.
• Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer complaints and objections professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to maximise results and achieve targets.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.

Requirements:

• Education: A diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related role; experience in the IT hardware industry is an advantage.
• Skills: 
• Basic (Elementary) in English. Proficiency in the local language; knowledge of Hindi is must.
• Hands-on working on a computer, familiarity with MS Office. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales planning and negotiation techniques.
• Selling, follow-up and closing techniques.
