Job Description:

DIAGOLD is looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, order follow-ups, client communication and daily CRM activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Existing Client Handling & Follow-ups.
  • Customer Order Tracking & Status Updates.
  • Daily Customer Calling & WhatsApp Communication.
  • Sales Team & Production Team Coordination.
  • Customer Complaints & Query Resolution.
  • Maintain Customer Database in CRM/ERP Software.
  • Payment & Outstanding Follow-ups.
  • Daily Follow-up Reports in Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Maintain Professional Relationships with Clients.
  • Coordinate Order Dispatch & Delivery Updates.
  • Customer Feedback & Service Management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate Preferred.
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in CRM / Customer Handling.
  • Good Hindi & English Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel & CRM/ERP Software.
  • Good Follow-up & Coordination Skills.
  • Jewellery Industry Experience Preferred.
  • Responsible, Professional & Detail-Oriented.

Salary: As per Skills & Experience.
