About the RoleRishabh Concepts is looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with account, payment, course, access, and technical-related queries.
  • Provide clear information about our educational programs, services, and processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are properly resolved.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for technical or account-related issues.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
  • Ensure quick and professional responses to customer queries.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional approach while communicating with customers.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries.
