Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Performance Marketing & AI Growth Manager who can take responsibility for the company's overall digital marketing, lead generation and online growth.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on digital marketer who can independently manage Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Writing, Website Development, Lead Generation, Social Media and AI-based marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute overall Digital Marketing & Growth Strategies

Plan and manage Performance Marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms

Generate and improve qualified leads through digital channels

Manage SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO

Create and manage website content, landing pages and marketing content

Handle Content Writing, Copywriting, Blogs, Social Media Content and Ad Copy

Develop, improve and maintain company websites and landing pages

Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, leads and conversions

Improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates and overall marketing ROI

Develop lead funnels, remarketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies

Explore and implement AI tools for marketing, content, automation, research and productivity

Use AI for content creation, market research, competitor analysis, lead nurturing and marketing automation

Identify new digital channels, technologies and opportunities for company growth

Track competitors and market trends and convert insights into marketing strategies

Work with sales and management teams to improve lead quality and conversion

Prepare regular Marketing Performance Reports and Growth Plans
