E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a responsible and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and handle all our online selling platforms and support our company's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate all E-commerce platforms and seller accounts.
• Handle product listings, updates, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor and process online orders.
• Handle customer queries and messages professionally.
• Maintain product information, sales records, and reports.
• Coordinate with the team for order processing and other E-commerce operations.
• Assist with general office and day-to-day company work as required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms and online selling.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and product listing management.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to support both E-commerce operations and general company work.
