E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce marketplace website.
• Create, upload and manage product and service listings.
• Coordinate with sellers/vendors for product information and listing requirements.
• Process and monitor customer orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with sellers, logistics partners and internal teams for smooth order processing.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
• Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
• Product image capturing/photography using a scanner, camera or smartphone.
• Product image processing and editing, including cropping, resizing, background removal, compression and basic enhancement.
• Ability to prepare web-ready product images in appropriate sizes and formats.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva or other image editing tools.
• Basic understanding of order processing and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with website/admin panels.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify and report website, product listing and catalogue-related issues.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online marketplaces will be an advantage.
