Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Manage
- and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Flipkart, etc.)
- Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
- Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
- Manage online promotions, discounts, and campaign execution
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure product images and content are accurate and attractive
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution
- Work with marketing team for digital campaigns (SEO, ads, social media)
