E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage our ecommerce platforms, optimize product listings, drive digital marketing strategies, and improve conversion rates to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces like Etsy, Amazon, Shopify)

Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility

Optimize product listings (SEO, titles, descriptions, images, keywords)

Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)

Analyze sales data and generate performance reports

Manage inventory coordination and ensure accurate product availability

Improve customer experience and handle customer service strategies

Stay updated with ecommerce trends, tools, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and conversion optimization

Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy,Ebay,Alibaba Amazon, etc.)

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in jewelry/fashion ecommerce (optional)

Understanding of international shipping & online payment systems

Basic knowledge of product photography and branding
