Website & E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Website & E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day website and online order operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company website on WordPress.
• Upload and manage product catalogues, product details, images, and pricing.
• Make basic changes and updates to website content as required.
• Manage the complete order flow, from order processing to dispatch and delivery.
• Book couriers, coordinate shipments, and track deliveries.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders, customers, and deliveries.
• Manage returns, replacements, and other order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate order and customer records using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify and resolve basic website, catalogue, and order-related issues.

Requirements:

• Basic to good knowledge of WordPress and e-commerce operations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders/tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in website management, e-commerce, customer support, or order operations will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently handle the website, catalogue, orders, courier coordination, customers, and sales-team coordination on a daily basis.
