Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Retail Sales Executive to drive sales and market expansion for our FMCG brand. The candidate will be responsible for door-to-door sales, customer acquisition, product promotion, and order generation within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales and product promotion in assigned areas.
• Introduce and explain FMCG products, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Generate new customers and build strong relationships with them.
• Take orders and ensure timely follow-up for repeat sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach in assigned territories.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with retailers and customers.
• Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, and competitors.
• Maintain daily sales and visit reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
• Ensure proper product visibility and brand promotion in the assigned market.
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Field Sales, Retail Sales, Direct Sales, or similar roles.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in the field can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and extensive field visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
