Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy business in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, understanding their electricity requirements, explaining suitable solar solutions, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit residential and commercial customers for solar requirements.

* Meet leads generated through company marketing and follow up with customers.

* Understand customer’s electricity consumption and recommend suitable solar systems.

* Conduct site visits and coordinate for basic site assessment.

* Explain solar savings, subsidy, net metering and system benefits to customers.

* Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.

* Follow up regularly and close sales.

* Maintain daily lead and customer follow-up records.

* Coordinate with the operations team until installation and commissioning.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

* Basic knowledge of sales and smartphones.

* Solar industry experience is an advantage but freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.

* Must be target-oriented, disciplined and willing to learn.
