Job Description
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 3 years of Flipkart/e-commerce experience required.

Indian Art Villa is a Jaipur-based handcrafted home décor and gifting brand. We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website and export to the USA, UK, and UAE.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage the entire Flipkart channel end-to-end
- Grow Flipkart sales month on month — revenue, units, and new listings
- Manage product listings — titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
- Plan and run Flipkart Ads to drive traffic and sales
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse to avoid stockouts
- Track and improve product rankings and customer ratings
- Handle account health — zero violations, all seller metrics green
- Plan and execute deals—Big Billion Days, Flipkart Sale events, and coupons
- Work with the design team for listing images and enhanced content
- Give weekly sales reports to MD
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 3 years hands-on Flipkart Seller Hub experience (must)
- Strong knowledge of Flipkart Ads and promotions
- Can read and act on Flipkart sales reports and analytics
- Experience managing 100+ SKUs on Flipkart
- Can work independently and take full ownership
