We are looking for a smart, confident and responsible team member who can efficiently handle Reception, Patient Communication, Telesales and Backend Clinic Operations.

💼 Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk / Reception

• Patients ko professionally greet aur guide karna
• Appointment booking & scheduling
• Patient calls receive karna
• Patient details/data properly maintain karna
• Follow-ups aur appointment reminders handle karna
• Reception aur day-to-day front-desk operations manage karna

📞 Telesales / Patient Follow-up

• Existing & prospective patients ko calls karna
• Treatment/consultation ke liye follow-up karna
• Enquiries ko convert karne ki koshish karna
• Missed calls aur online enquiries par timely follow-up
• Patients ke questions ko professionally handle karna
• Follow-up data/lead status maintain karna

💻 Backend / Computer Work

• Patient records & databases update karna
• Excel/Google Sheets/basic software par data entry
• WhatsApp communication & follow-ups
• Reports aur daily activity records maintain karna
• Online appointment/enquiry management
• Clinic ke administrative tasks mein support karna
• 👤 Candidate ProfileGood communication skills
• Hindi communication must; basic English preferred
• Computer knowledge required
• MS Excel / Google Sheets ka basic knowledge
• WhatsApp & smartphone/computer ka comfortable use
• Confident and polite personality
• Patient dealing ka professional attitude
• Sales/follow-up mindset hona chahiye
• Responsible, punctual aur organized
• Previous experience in reception, telesales, healthcare, clinic/hospital or customer service will be preferred

💰 Salary₹12000 – ₹20000 per month

Salary will depend on experience and skills.

Performance-based incentives may be provided for telesales/patient conversion.
