GEMSTONE FIELD OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Gemstone Field Operations Executive to handle day-to-day field activities in Jaipur. The employee will receive a clear SOP specifying where to purchase gemstones, where to get them, lab tested, how to collect reports, and where/how to ship gemstones to our Noida Head Office.

No prior gemstone expertise is required. The key requirement is accurate execution of instructions, timely completion of field tasks, and proper documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit assigned gemstone suppliers/markets in Jaipur as per instructions.

• Purchase or collect gemstones as instructed by the Noida team.

• Coordinate with designated gemstone testing laboratories.

• Submit gemstones for lab testing and collect certificates/reports.

• Take required photographs/videos and maintain purchase documentation.

• Safely pack gemstones as per company instructions.

• Dispatch gemstones to the Noida Head Office through the designated courier/logistics partner.

• Share invoices, lab reports, courier receipts and track details with the Noida team.

• Maintain daily records of field activities and expenses.

• Coordinate with the Noida team through WhatsApp/phone throughout the process.

• Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• 12th pass or Graduate.

• 0–2 years of experience.

• Two-wheeler preferred.

• Comfortable travelling within Jaipur for field work.

• Good knowledge of Google Maps and smartphone applications.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets/Excel.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication preferred.

• Honest, punctual and highly detail-oriented.

• Ability to follow SOPs and instructions without errors.

• Gemstone/jewellery industry experience is NOT mandatory.

IMPORTANT

This is a field-based execution role, not a desk job. The candidate should be comfortable travelling across Jaipur, visiting suppliers and laboratories, and completing multiple physical tasks during the day
