Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
- Support daily HR operations and employee documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates.
- Gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations & Employee Management.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and students pursuing HR / MBA / BBA / relevant courses.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
