About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, social media, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Make calls to candidates and conduct initial screening.
• Share relevant job opportunities and interview details with candidates.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and recruiters/clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection status.
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment records.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team on daily hiring requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and interview scheduling targets.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–1 year experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer support or sales can also apply.
• Preferred CandidateConfident while speaking on phone.
• Energetic and result-oriented.
• Interested in HR, recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/recruitment environment.
