KENITH Motors LLP – Royal Enfield Dealership, Jaipur & Bassi is looking for an experienced and responsible Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the automobile/2-wheeler dealership or retail industry, with strong exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management and HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Recruitment & staff onboarding

* Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

* Employee performance & discipline management

* Training & development

* HR documentation and employee records

* Staff grievance handling

* Manpower planning for Sales, Workshop & Support teams

* Implementation of HR policies & SOPs

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Strong communication & people-management skills

✅ Good knowledge of HR operations

✅ Proactive and result-oriented approach

✅ Automobile/dealership experience preferred
