HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

The candidate will be responsible for finding candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions as per client requirements.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and availability.
• Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Ensure a smooth candidate joining process.
• 🎯 Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition will be an advantage.
