Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews & offers

Manage onboarding & induction of new joiners

Maintain employee records & HR documentation

Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

PF, ESIC, PT & statutory compliance support

Employee grievance handling & engagement activitiesDraft and implement HR policies & SOPs

Performance appraisal & confirmation process

Handle resignations, exit interviews & full & final settlements

Prepare HR reports & MIS

Required Skills

Knowledge of HR operations & labor laws

Strong communication & coordination skills

MS Excel & HRMS knowledge

Confidentiality & problem-solving ability

Qualification

Graduate / MBA in HR
