What you'll be working on:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian vegetarian dishes with consistency and quality
• Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
• Ensure timely food preparation and smooth service
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies as required
• Maintain discipline and professionalism within the kitchen environment

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with a long-term commitment mindset
• Strong references and openness to background verification
