Ghar Angan Interiors Contractor Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and manage all company projects related to interior and exterior & civil construction, works, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, BOQ preparation, AutoCAD, drawing interpretation, Billing and expertise in furniture and fit-out items.

This role demands strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to oversee multiple projects, coordinate with clients, vendors, and on-site teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project completion. The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of materials, construction techniques, cost estimation, and quality control.

Key Skills & Requirements:-

✔️ Project Management: Overseeing end-to-end project execution for civil, interior, and exterior works.

✔️ BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation: Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs and cost analysis.

✔️ AutoCAD & Drawings Interpretation: Strong knowledge of design drawings and their implementation.

✔️ Furniture & Fit-Out Expertise: Understanding of furniture materials, installation, and finishing.

✔️ Vendor & Client Coordination: Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and ensure client satisfaction.

✔️ Quality & Safety Standards: Ensuring projects meet quality benchmarks and safety guidelines.

✔️ Team Leadership: Leading on-site teams, supervisors, and contractors effectively.

✔️ Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Quick thinking to resolve on-site issues efficiently.

✔️ Diverse Project Experience: Proven experience in handling hotel, hospital, residential, and corporate interior,exterior & civil projects.

✔️ Willingness to Relocate & Travel: Ready to relocate as per company requirements and travel frequently for project supervision.

Job Details:-

📍 Job Location: Office & Various Project Sites (JAIPUR | RAJASTHAN | OUT OF RAJASTHAN)

📅 Experience Required: 3 – 10 years

💰 Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹99,000 (including all) or as per interview performance
