Job Description – Jewellery Sales ExecutiveA Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining the store’s presentation and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
• Explain the features, designs, quality, pricing, and making charges of jewellery.
• Recommend suitable products based on the customer’s budget and occasion.
• Demonstrate jewellery and assist customers with product selection.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, gemstones, and jewellery collections.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with billing and payment procedures.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom.
• Follow company policies regarding security, inventory handling, and customer service.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, new collections, and special offers.
