Job Description
Customer Handling – Understand customer requirements and provide suitable jewellery recommendations.
Product Knowledge – Have good knowledge of jewellery designs, diamonds/gemstones, gold purity, making charges, pricing, etc.
Sales & Target Achievement – Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Product Presentation – Present jewellery professionally and explain the features, design, quality, and pricing.
Customer Relationship – Build strong relationships with existing and new customers and encourage repeat business.
Enquiries & Follow-ups – Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and regular follow-ups through calls/WhatsApp.
Order Coordination – Coordinate with the design, CAD, production, and management teams for customer requirements and orders.
Market Understanding – Keep track of customer preferences, new jewellery trends, and competitor offerings.
