Job Description
📍 Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Work from Office)
💼 Position: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process (Email Process)
💰 Salary & Incentives
CTC: ₹36,000
In-hand (Training Period – First 3 Months): ~₹29500/- approximate
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹1,000/month based on performance
🕒 Work Schedule :
- Night Shift
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- One-Way Cab Facility during odd hours
🎯 Who Can Apply?
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or Above
- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

- Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
