Job Description
Provide day-to-day support to the Accounts team.
Maintain and update accounts-related records and documentation.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports, trackers, and databases.
Handle data entry, verification, reconciliation, and record maintenance.
Maintain project-related documents and ensure proper filing and documentation.
Assist in preparing bills, invoices, payment records, and other accounts-related documents.
Work on Tally for accounting and record-keeping activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for required financial and project-related information.
Maintain proper records of education/skill-development project documents.
Visit colleges, institutes, or other educational locations whenever required for document collection, verification, submission, coordination, or project-related work.
Ensure timely completion and submission of required documents.
Perform other accounts and administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
