1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
2. Post job vacancies on platforms like Apna, Indeed and other job portals.
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
5. Help fill vacant positions across different departments.
7. Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
8. Handle client communication and follow-ups whenever required.
Other Responsibilities
9. Work on assigned business and administrative tasks.
11. Coordinate with different departments to complete assigned tasks.
12. Support management in day-to-day business activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment.
- Internet research and candidate screening.
- Email and professional communication.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
