Job Description

  • Receive and process orders on the computer system.
  • Pick the required spare parts from the warehouse inventory.
  • Verify parts against the order and pack them properly.
  • Coordinate and hand over orders to delivery boys/riders.
  • Maintain accurate order and inventory-related records in the system.
  • Follow defined SOPs and processes for order handling, packing and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Ensure orders are processed within the defined TAT/SLA.
