Job Description
Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned person.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain records of visitors, couriers, and appointments.
Schedule client meetings and office appointments.
Manage documents, files, and basic data-entry work.
Coordinate with the team for quotations and customer follow-ups.
Assist with daily office administration and front-desk activities.
Keep the reception area organised and presentable.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
Polite, presentable, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to handle customers and manage multiple tasks.
