Job Description
Gaming Café Manager / Club Executive
We are looking for a responsible and energetic person to manage our Gaming Café.
Our club offers Pool, Snooker, Table Tennis and PlayStation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front counter and handle daily operations
- Note and manage playing time of customers
- Prepare bills and collect payments accurately
- Keep track of table/game usage and customer bookings
- Manage cash and digital payments
- Ensure the club, tables and gaming area are properly maintained
- Assist customers and provide good customer service
- Ensure club rules are followed
- Keep the gaming area clean and organized
- Handle day-to-day club operations responsibly
- Report any damage, issues or maintenance requirements
- Manage opening and closing of the club
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and calculations
- Honest, responsible and punctual
- Comfortable handling cash and digital payments
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge
- Experience in a café, gaming zone, club, restaurant or similar business will be preferred
