Job Description
💼 **Position:** Receptionist & Front Desk Executive for *HP Laptop Showroom*
📍 **Location:** Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
🕒 **Experience:** 3–5 Years
💰 **Salary:** ₹30,000–₹35,000 PM (In-hand)
🎓 **Qualification:** BCA / Any Graduate
⏰ **Timing:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday
**Key Responsibilities:**
- 👋 Greet and handle visitors, clients & candidates professionally.
- 📞 Manage incoming calls and maintain call logs.
- 💻 Provide basic information about company services & **HP products**.
- 📦 Maintain basic stock & inventory records.
- 🤝 Coordinate with Sales/Technical & HR/Admin teams.
- 📋 Handle visitor records, couriers, parcels & documentation.
- 📊 Prepare basic reports related to stock and front-desk activities.
**Requirements:** Good communication, professional personality, basic administrative skills and **HP Product Knowledge preferred**. Immediate joiners preferred.
